CANCELLATION POLICY

RIGHT OF REVOCATION 
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (in the case of separate delivery of goods from a single order, partial shipments or delivery in pieces, the period is calculated from the day on which the last goods, the last partial shipment or the last piece has been taken possession of; in the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time, the period is calculated from the day on which the first goods have been taken possession of). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alphaplant Distribution GmbH, Alpen-Adria-Platz 1, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, e-mail: [support@alphaplant .shop]) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached revocation form (see point 8 [4]) for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.


CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION 
If you withdraw from this contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods immediately and in any In this case, you must return or hand over the goods to us at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The time limit is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen (14) days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION 
The right of revocation with regard to goods purchased via the online store does not apply insofar as

(i) goods are delivered that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. This corresponds to § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG.
(ii) goods are supplied which may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded. This corresponds to § 18 para. 1 no. 4 FAGG.
(iii) sealed goods are delivered which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. This corresponds to § 18 para. 1 no. 5 FAGG.
(iv) goods are delivered which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery. This corresponds to § 18 para. 1 no. 6 FAGG.
