PAYMENT
We offer the following payment options: Bank transfer and credit card. As soon as we have received your payment, we will process your order with care and dispatch it immediately.
DELIVERY COUNTRIES
We deliver to the entire EU including Switzerland, Norway and London.
DELIVERY TIME
Within Austriathe delivery time is 2 – 4 working days, outside Austria it usually takes 2 – 5 working days (depending on the country).
Please note that longer delivery times may occur during seasonal peaks.
For autoship orders, delivery time will be extended by approximately 3-5 business days as we are waiting for confirmation from the bank that the funds have been received.

Shipments to Switzerland, Norway and London are subject to customary customs duties and taxes, which are levied by the postman at the time of delivery.

NOTE
We reserve the right to charge you for the shipping and return costs incurred if your order is not accepted, rejected for no apparent reason or not collected from the parcel shop.

If you are not present, you will receive a notification card with the address of the collection point where you can collect the ordered goods.
